INEFFABLE

Inspired by psychogeographic practices and deep listening, is an interactive publication that brings together sound and visual artists across East London and the globe.

The zine acts as a map to unlock 20 site-specific artworks throughout 10 locations in London’s eastern boroughs. The works will be activated by viewers and listeners on walking tours from Dalston’ Ridley Road Market to Limehouse Docks and Hackney Marshes to Whitechapel. The cyclical nature of this sound map aims to facilitate collaboration between creative practitioners and influence artists to work in new ways. The works are located in transitory spaces and invite the audiences to pause, interacting with their surroundings and actively engaging with the sounds of the surrounding environment.

Zines will be available to purchase for £5.
